Soft Scent Blue - Essential Oil Blend of Melaleuca alternifolia, Melaleuca quinquenervia nerolidol/linalool, and Callitris intratropica:
description & uses

Produced from selected Tea-Tree and Australian Nerolina oils, Soft Scent Blue is transformed by the inclusion of Blue Cypress, which adds a mellow overtone and is said to boost the skin friendly qualities of common tea-tree.

Place of origin
Australia
Source
A blend of selected pure essential oils from the Melaleuca and Callitris intratropica species.
Production method
Steam distilled.
Main components
Terpinen-4-ol, γ-terpinene, α-terpinene, E-nerolidol, linalool.
Aroma
Lavender/lilac-like notes of Nerolina and the sweet woody aroma of Blue Cypress soften the stronger typical Tea tree notes, for a much more rounded essential oil with enhanced antifungal properties.
Main uses
Aromatherapy, cosmetics. Where the Tea Tree properties and note needs a 'lift': shampoos, conditioners, skin care creams and lotions.
Comments
Usually preferred to standard tea-tree oil in tropical areas, for its rounder aroma and stronger antifungal properties.
Safety notes
Safe in terms of toxicity, skin irritancy.
